Did you catch Demi Lovato’s amazing Live Lounge session today? As part of BBC Radio 1’s continued bid to showcase the musical genres they support, they are broadcasting 30 Live Lounge performances throughout September, with today being the turn of American songstress Demi Lovato.
Prior to her appearance, Demi told Radio 1 that “I can’t wait to return to the UK and perform my new music for the first time during Radio 1’s Live Lounge Month!” and she did not disappoint!
Demi had a chat with presenter Clara Amfo before performing an acoustic version of her current top 10 single, Cool for the Summer, as well as a haunting performance of Hozier’s Take Me To Church.
She was greeted at the Radio 1 studios by an army of fans, many having camped out overnight just to see a glimpse of Demi.
